Meet Our Team

J. Frank Fargo

I was born in Fairmont, West Virginia, and went to high school at Wheeling Central Catholic and later, studied at West Liberty State University. I have been an insurance agent since 1974 after taking over my father’s agency in 1995, and am now with Nationwide Insurance. I have been awarded Nationwide’s top achievement of President’s Conference twelve years throughout my career as well as Nationwide Conference of Champions almost every year, Nationwide Auto Council, Life Council, Commercial Council, and Agent of the Year in the state of WV twice. I enjoy meeting my clients and making sure that all of their insurance needs are covered so they can protect what they’ve worked for.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time at our condo in Florida to enjoy the beautiful warm weather. My 12 grandchildren always keep me busy with their fun and games. My favorite way to spend a weekend in town is laying outside by the pool or working on the family farm.

I have been a board member of the Berkeley County Salvation Army, Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce since 1978, and a member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce since 1990, where I was also elected president for two years in the past. Also, I am a member of St. James Catholic Church in Charles Town.

Kayla Wise

I grew up in the nearby town of Charles Town, West Virginia. What excites me the most about working at Fargo Insurance Group is interacting with my clients who I have worked very closely with for several years now. Also, our team at Fargo Insurance has been very motivating and fun to work with.

In my free time, I really enjoy spending time with my 7 year old daughter Kamile. She is definitely a Momma’s girl and my very best friend. On the weekend, I am most likely spending it with my daughter. We both love the beach and visit any chance we get. It’s our favorite place to go because we like to splash around in the salt water and build ginormous sandcastles by the shore.

Tiffany Fargo

I grew up in Charles Town, West Virginia. I attended Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky and West Virginia University. I’ve been working in the insurance industry for 20 plus years under my father, Frank Fargo. I love building relationships within my community and providing a service that protects people in their everyday life.

When I am not working, you can find me in a gym or on a basketball court supporting my kids with extracurricular activities. I’m a basketball/baseball mom to my son and daughter that are truly my world. They are 3 and 9 years old and make me the proudest mom! My guilty pleasure is following Hollywood celebrities and learning about their lifestyles. Also, I am passionate about giving back to the community and am a supporter of pancreatic and multiple myeloma cancers organizations.

Lisa Fargo

I grew up in Man, West Virginia, and went to Man High School. I have been working in the insurance industry for 23 years in Managing, Sales, and Service. My favorite thing about my job is coming into an office filled with an incredible, empowering team and making sure that all of our client’s needs are taken care of.

On the weekends, you can find me spending time with my husband and our twelve grandchildren. We like to enjoy outdoor activities by the pool, by the farm or at local parks. Our state has so much beautiful nature to offer! For vacation, we like to take a trip to our Florida condo to enjoy the warm weather and clear blue oceans.

Erin Fitzpatrick

I grew up in Charles Town, West Virginia. There, I completed a bachelor’s degree in finance from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. My minor focused on business management. I have been licensed in the insurance industry for 15 years in property & casualty as well as life & health. All of my insurance years have been with my father, Frank Fargo at Fargo Insurance Group. I look forward to providing my customers with a positive environment, high-quality customer service, and knowledge that can make them feel comfortable with all aspects of their life.

I enjoy my family, including my husband and three daughters who I love to brag on, and sports. I am a basketball mom! I, unfortunately, I have a love for food/desserts but it motivates me to get creative in the kitchen everyday! When I’m not at the office, I can be found in a gym watching my husband coach basketball and/or my daughters playing ball. I do like to get in some fitness at our local Inwood gym throughout the week as well. Also, I am the treasurer of our Musselman High School Athletics Girls Basketball Club, which is a non-profit organization.

Ronnie Fitzpatrick

I grew up in Prince George’s County, MD/Washington/DC area. I attended and graduated from Shepherd University and I played college basketball there for 4 years. I’ve been an insurance agent for 4 years with our family’s company, Fargo Insurance Group. I enjoy building relationships and helping others–the insurance industry allows me to do that everyday. I enjoy helping people feel confident in their personal and business coverage.

Personally, basketball and sports have always been a huge part of my life. I coach girls basketball for Musselman High School and a travel basketball team. I enjoy bourbon and smoking something on the grill! Also playing golf, spending time with friends/family, and watching football! Huge Washington Redskins fan. I am also a member of Berkeley County Rotary and The Eastern Panhandle Airport Authority.

Heidi Harvey

I am a born resident of Oakland Maryland before deciding to move to West Virginia. I am novel to the insurance industry and I have been working at Fargo Insurance Group for 5 years. I enjoy getting to meet and see all the clients that come into the office. I enjoy making them feel like they are the most important assets of our job. It’s not hard to love your job when you get to work with an incredible team every day.

When I am not working, you can find me in my camper on the river, swimming, reading a book, or spending time with my children. I volunteer for the Swanton Community Center and love to help participate in the activities they curate for our community.

Felicia Scott

I grew up in South Berkeley County. I graduated from Musselman High School and attended Shepherd University. I’ve worked here in our Inwood office since January 2, 1998 (over 20 years!). I love being able to help people save money and make sure they are adequately covered in case of a loss.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, our kids, and my granddaughter. When I want to go out and have fun, my husband and I love to take joy rides on one of our motorcycles. A great weekend for me includes family time, a long hike on the Appalachian Trail, and a ride on the bike.

Elizabeth Sonnik

I was born and raised in Martinsburg, West Virginia. I attended Shepherd College where I was the Ram for the 1997 football season. I started working for Fargo Insurance in 2006. I am licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance. I enjoy showing people the need for insurance and hopefully saving them money at the same time!

I love spending time with my family and friends and recently have become a foster mom. My guilty pleasure is my love for all things Disney! I hope to work part-time as a Fairy Godmother after I retire from Fargo Insurance. If you can’t find me at the office, I’m probably hanging out at my place on the Potomac River.

Lee Earehart

I grew up in Martinsburg, West Virginia where I attended Martinsburg Highschool and West Virginia Tech, so I guess you can say I’m a true local! I truly love the tight-knit community in Martinsburg and have made some truly incredible friends along the way. I have worked as an insurance agent with Fargo Insurance Group since 1996. You could say they are my second family and I feel blessed to work with such an empowering team.

If I am not working, you can find me at a football or baseball field where I support local teams, help coach, and play ball with them from time to time.  Also, health is very important to me and I love to spend afternoons at the gym. I have volunteered for the past seven years with youth football and wrestling teams and will continue to do so!

Michelle Witt

I have been in insurance since 2014, going on my 9th year in August. I was a broker for most of my career, but I have also worked with captive companies like State Farm, Allstate, and American Family. What excites me most about the industry is that I love to help people! Everyone needs insurance, so why not get the best policy at the best price?!

Born in Stonybrook, NY. My mom moved my brother and me to FL when I was 10. In October 2011, my husband and I moved to MT, where we lived for five years, and I started my insurance journey. Then we lived for three years in WA and three years in ME. We are now in our forever state of WV. I have a BA in Psychology with a music and history minor.

A fun fact about me that many people might not know is that I am very crafty and a classically trained singer! I love to sing, read, and do anything that has to do with history.

When I’m not working, you can find me at home with my husband and dog or doing something fun in the community.

I’m passionate about helping those in need. I love doing things for the Salvation Army, Pro-Life Organizations, my local church, and child abuse prevention.
